The Director of High Performance Training shall be responsible for the training schedules, selection of equipment, operation of practices, selection of tournaments and maintenance of standings for the Sun Devil Water Polo Club(s) in zone, national and other levels. The Director of High Performance Training will be responsible for the quality of instruction and will design the program to endorse a safe, healthy and positive environment for all club members.

The Operations Director(s) will see to the daily administration of Sun Devil Water Polo including the list of membership, registration of members and other activities set out by the Executive Director or the board of directors.  This may be executed directly or via appropriate sub committees and delegation. An operations director may support more than one club but in no case less than one.

The treasurer shall be responsible for the collection, deposit and distributor of any and all funds and securities of the association except such as may be required by law to be deposited with an state official.  He/She shall see to the deposit of the funds of the Association in such bank or banks as the Board of Directors may designate

The Executive Director shall be responsible for the ultimate operation of Sun Devil Water Polo in accordance with the by laws and all other guidelines or laws for the organizations which it is affiliated with.
